Do Not Believe a Word Anyone Says

Our Janthopoyism branch might sprout from the Pantheistic tree, but its roots are firmly planted in agnostic soil.

Agnosticism tells us that we do not and cannot genuinely know anything about a "God" or lack thereof. If you are completely honest with yourself, you should recognise this to be true.

It is healthy and natural to reach personal conclusions in your quest for knowledge and spirituality. We encourage it! Your path is valid, and no one's business but yours. However, if you trace your thoughts backwards, you may find your definitions of "God" were predominantly predefined by external sources. You may also find you have no immovable proof for your settled perception, and as for any evidence you do have, there is someone out there with counter-evidence ready to refute it. So round and round we go, yet another brain vs brain debate, each brain convincing itself of its correctness, disregarding other brains that disagree, loop-de-loop-de-loop.

Newsflash: that's why it's referred to as faith! It's not a science, for even science can neither prove nor disprove the mystical theories of the Cosmos. Your entire reality could be a simulation designed to test you, or your mind could be the only functioning perspective in existence, your friends merely a figment of your imagination. These sentiments are equally as provable as unprovable, just like everything else. Hence why we leave you to land on whichever side of the fence you find comfy with no compulsion to meddle in that outcome.

Janthopoyism believes that we as a species have surpassed the point where individuals require spoon-feeding of spirituality. The mysteries of the Universe are brilliant because they are just those: mysteries! Even the most liberated thinkers will eventually collide into a contemplation barrier they cannot pass, for they do not have permission. And from this special agnostic position of ambiguity, we find an advantage where one can marvel over the wider picture from a distance, never committing to or rejecting any ideas, open to dance with everything, and ready to move whenever red flags approach from whichever direction.

If Janthopoyism is to define blasphemy, it is not the use of human words to offend an all-encompassing omnipresent higher energy. That is some of the most ludicrous garbage we have ever heard. Instead, the ultimate blasphemy is neglecting the gift of thought that we have all been granted. Convictions are the biggest threat to knowledge. Do not be convinced by anything. When you make up your mind about something, every door closes. Rather, seek info that goes against your opinion. Try to convince yourself of the alternative. Exploring and questioning the outside and inside world is a service you must commit to and practice daily. Only in uncertainty can you hear everyone speak. Remaining neutral is the strongest superpower anyone can have. That is the Janthopoyism way.

On that same string: do not believe Janthopoyism either.

Everything we say is guidance. Do not let anyone tell you how your life works because nobody knows, not even this book. If there's a positive pull against something suggested on these pages, then your emotional response must override as the winner. Follow your internal electricity, including when that resonates in a different place from the Jantho scripture. Listen to yourself, for we are not you.

We ask that you digest these teachings slowly to find your comfort within them. You're seeking realisations, not things to remember. Janthopoyism is a process of uncovering the core individual beneath the noise. No two people will have the same experience nor agree on how to get there. If what we preach echoes with validity to you, great! Pursue those vibrations. If you agree with certain elements but disagree with others, still great! You have a starting point from which to develop your way. If nothing gels but you still wish to reap the endless benefits of a system that will unquestionably advance your life, then humour us. Play it like a metaphor or game.

Much of our chosen imagery is symbolic anyway. By simplifying abstractions into tangible ideas, the content becomes easier to understand, helping everything to gradually come together as a singular piece (and it will). We invite you to absorb these texts however your mental space allows, and then that is the way it shall be. Your perception creates the reality around you, then confirms it as true regardless.

We say the above with confidence. Janthopoyism's firm stance is that the material world as we know it only exists once a mind clicks into awareness of it. The observer effect taught by quantum mechanics is an essential component of our education, as will be noted throughout. By focusing your perspective on distinct viewpoints, these attentions will become your certainties. So, pick your theories with intention.
