Janthopoyism

So, Does Prayer Work or What? The Answer May Surprise You

Book 4: The Bridge of Offerings | Chapter 4.6 | 23 February 2021

Alright, a significant chapter coming up, so fill your lungs and blink to focus.

During Book 3.4: Asserting Dominance Over Your Bridge of Receivings, we set some foundations. Remember the Gatekeeper personification of your Reticular Activating System? The overall idea is that what you fixate on will suddenly appear everywhere in your reality, such as a type of car or a new word. This peculiarity is known as the Baader-Meinhof Phenomenon or Frequency Illusion/Bias. It's not that these things were never there before, it's that your brain deemed them superfluous and blocked them out. There is a dangerous amount of stimuli buzzing around your being at every moment, enough to crash your mental CPU completely. You do not have the head capacity to handle it all! Hence, your brain picks and chooses what to show you based on the items you've granted access.

Reality functions like targeted ads. You will see more of what you click on but in real life. This action-reaction exchange is not a cosmic order (or is it?) but rather lubricated neurons trained to fire when registering certain happenings. Once you become aware of this, you can exploit it by intentionally selecting the material you wish to experience and weening out that you do not.

Take as many people as you want and shove them into the same room; each will interpret the space differently. Their languages may share words, but their minds will relate the environment to unique occasions in their past as particular objects trigger memories specific to them. Their genetics and brain development will lead to diverse and distinct thought behaviours, and in turn, their conditioned chemical releases will also differ.

We could even suggest (and we do!) that the independent evolution of our individual brains is so exceptional that our observations are incomparable. Perhaps we each see and hear and feel in ways unfathomable to one another. If we experienced someone else's standard perception, it could be so foreign that we would not be able to recognise existence itself. This possibility is genuine yet unprovable. Still, the fact that our minds are experiencing different realities dictated by our preceding recollections with only a basic shared wireframe is undeniable.

With us so far? Because we're about to go waaay deeper.

Quantum mechanics! Are you aware of the Copenhagen interpretation of the observer effect? Best illustrated by the double-slit experiment? We encourage you to research those terms yourself, but for the sake of time, know that science has proven that an observing instrument (such as the mind) changes electrons from waves to particles. And literally everything is electrons! Janthopoyism sinks its fingers into this system of physics, recognising that the consequences agree entirely with our philosophy. Physical substance requires something to perceive it for it to be there. Raw Universal Energy buzzes at all places at once, which our interaction converts into tangible vibrations. A mental construct! Thus, we argue that objective reality does not necessarily exist and instead differs from person to person on its elementary atomic levels. The world around you reflects your understanding of it, and this is a statement derived from scientific discovery, not religious hippie doodling.

If you learn one thing from Janthopoyism, then this is it:
Nothing is more important in your life than exercising the thought process of creating your reality.
Flood your surroundings with healthy distractions and ever-changing reminders of your choosing.
Remove anything which does not resonate positively with your emotional response.
Keep your concentration happy and in tune with your True Path.
Then hold onto this place.
Hold on until it becomes your automated dominant perception.
Hold on until a world of your design swirls around you.

This procedure has been thoroughly documented throughout history. Vibrations attract similar vibrations. Beliefs translate into concrete matter. The New Thought Agers call it the Law of Attraction. The mystics call it magic spells. And the spiritual call it... prayer.

So, does prayer work? Oh, baby. It's in your best interest that you believe it does.

The power of religion is criminally unrecognised and is arguably the easiest and smartest way to manipulate your reality using vibration. Ancient prophets knew that an all-encompassing Universal Energy is impossible to pinpoint by the finite mind. So, they personified it. They gave it names and they formed personal relationships with it. They simplified the rules of the Cosmos until the human brain could communicate with it on an anthropomorphic playing field, utilising it to influence their immediate environment. Every religion is exactly the same in this manner, only differing in the details. Each teacher has varied methods on how to collaborate with an overarching energetic force. Tragically, we lost so much of this technique when our intelligence evolved to demand evidence of everything. But make no mistake! Religion is the most popular shortcut to manifest whatever you want. Why do you think ritualistic prayer has persisted since the sunrise of thought to right now? If it didn't work, it would have faded away like the other things that didn't work and faded away.

"Scientific prayers" is a term we adore because what we're dealing with is both divine and systematic. The only hiccup is that prayer is an individualistic puzzle. There is no one-size-fits-all to achieve results. There is a separate path for everyone. However, the instruction manual remains unchanged. If it feels powerful or exciting, then it has the full potential to succeed. If it feels silly or unrealistic, then it won't happen for you, full-stop. It's your vibrations. It's your brain's perception. You've got to explore it and find what clicks for you. But know this: whether you believe God exists or doesn't, or whether you believe prayer works or doesn't... you are correct. That is the reality that Jack built.

Thankfully, you don't have to accept "prayer" or "God" to reap the benefits of this concept. That's why Janthopoyism is the best!

Whatever act you can perform will function the same way as long as the emotion resonates positively and you're confident it's moving you closer to your goal. There are many examples of routes to investigate, and here is a quick rundown of the more obvious candidates: repeating affirmations; maintaining an optimistic attitude; carrying your lucky coin; wearing a particular hat; consuming related educational texts; fasting; wishing upon a star or within a well; hanging out with like-minded minds; restricting undesirable behaviours; being a good person; stroking crystals; creatively painting or writing about your ideal scenarios; burning incense; creating vision boards; praising the sun; jogging through a forest; meditating in a bush; flipping tarot cards; performing a manifestation dance; letting go of resistance during a sexual connection; rhythmically beating a drum to a mantra; helping the less fortunate; visualising your future life in the present tense; hiring a voodoo man; or even just working hard on a project you love.

You can consider each of the above cases as worship if you so choose. More accurately, the only time you aren't worshipping Life is when you're going against your True Path. Any constructive forward movement with the intent of getting somewhere or gaining something can easily shift your thoughts in alignment with a self-assured emotion. And from that mental place, anything can grow into reality in front of your eyes. They WILL work, or they WON'T work, depending on whether you believe they WILL work or WON'T work. You need to test the waters, and if a suggestion feels dumb, discard it and try another. Follow the excitement until you locate the option which makes sense to your limited brain.

That's all it is. You must implement actions to convince your intellect that what you want is not only possible but is also on its way. If you can do this, reality will bend at your brain waves and the External Universe will spew forth your order as effortlessly as it grows grass or explodes stars. Too easy! Send out the correct vibrational offerings, and the matching vibrations will come. Why do you think religious dogmas instruct us to love "God"? Because the Universe will reciprocate that love.

The more specific and convincing your dedication, the more potential the Universe will have to work with, and the more in tune your mind will be to notice it coming. That is why many tribal cultures resorted to extreme measures to encourage divine response. Can you imagine the intense energy that flows from carving patterns into your face or sacrificing a virgin? Wait, don't imagine that.

But while we're dabbling with the crooked side of this application, the classic "selling your soul to Satan" will work too, if you believe it. Janthopoyism does not subscribe to some underworld deity concept, for that seems too basic to us. Still, plenty of minds hold firm convictions when it comes to Lucifer, and you can employ this for your gain. However, anyone messing with this energy brand is certainly doing so from a place of darkness hence why it's unadvised. It will manifest ugly.

Then again, in the spirit of personification, associating a devil figure with a particular wicked force does have its advantages. In Jantho Land, we reckon the devil would be the automated system that plays trickery on your path, distracting you from your true calling, upsetting you, wasting your time, causing you to shout your defensive opinion at people. The rise of negative energy and the discouraging remarks in the brain is the Satan of this scripture, and you must learn to laugh him away, hahaha! Realign yourself with your mission, leaving such nonsense in your dust.

Our final manifestation tip is another practice revered by every belief program ever written, and that is the emotion of gratitude. The acknowledgement of fortune is the key to snowballing luck. Your brain will identify something you already enjoy as a desirable treasure, and your gatekeeping subconscious will be on the prowl for more. Your reality will shift in accordance. That's why Janthopoyism greatly admires those who give thanks before meals. It's a simple tradition that does not need to be directed to "God" but will provide endless benefits to your future prosperity. It's not difficult to feel grateful for food because you know there are people who don't have any. It's a smart place to start.

Now, here's the most annoying part. You will always be able to dilute triumphant results by labelling them mere coincidences. And critics will. They'll say such-and-such event would have randomly occurred regardless of your prayer/spell/intended manifestation. They will quickly claim that crediting a Higher Power is the easy way out, oblivious to how much easier it is to label it a coincidence. They may even compare it to the placebo effect, saying it's all in your head. Well, we have news for everyone. It is all in your head. EVERYTHING IS IN YOUR HEAD. You perceive it via your mind and nowhere else. You have no proof that anything exists beyond this cerebral context of recognition. So, if you can harness the mental energy that cures ailments and creates coincidence on a whim, then who cares what's in your head? It worked, didn't it??

There also comes a delicious apex where the eerie accuracy and sheer volume of these coincidences will be more simply explained as something metaphysical rather than an onslaught of flukes. But whatever.

We want to finish by relaying the story of Gladys Wilson and Naomi Feil. Eighty-seven-year-old Gladys was so deep into dementia that she could not communicate and would no longer respond to anything. But when Naomi sang gospel songs to her, she discovered that Gladys would tap along and even try to sing! These actions were the only sign that Gladys was still aware of her surroundings. Talk about the power of Christ! Not necessarily as the "Son of God" but as a neurological pathway so intense that Gladys would find the energy to bring herself back into focus. People possessing profound spiritual beliefs like this can connect to a mental strength that naysayers cannot. If Gladys were a nonbeliever, she would have already disappeared.

Thus, we appeal to our sceptic audience: please do not reject "prayer" just because you can't fathom some divine, mystical force. Otherwise, you might lose out on a very basic law of physics, one which has been utilised since the dawn of humankind.

And if you need additional encouragement to grasp otherworldly concepts, may we suggest playing Ouija board alone in a cemetery at midnight? You will poop yourself, and at that moment, you will severely question what you do or don't believe.

Moving forward, Janthopoyism will refer to prayer/spells/intentional manifestation as Spirit Hacking (internal) and Reality Hacking (external).
We shall be offering advanced studies on the practice during this scripture's final chapters.

Janthopoyism is a spiritual philosophy meets self-improvement program.
We view the Absolute collection of all Universal Energy to be the highest power. You are part of that power. You are an extension of divinity.
The ultimate purpose of this power is to evolve, and we each have a unique part to play in this progression. The details of your role are relayed to you every moment of your life via emotional notifications.

The tricky bit is that human beings have developed a communication barrier between themselves and this instruction.
This barrier is called "the brain".
But never fear! By utilising some very simple practices, you can open the flow of exchange, granting you access to the ether of infinite ideas, the infallible path of your guided destiny, and the recollection of your holiness.

Which is basically a wanky way of saying that your life is about to get a whole bunch better.

Join the movement before it becomes too mainstream.
