Like everything in this world, the Skew System requires practice, and the initial heave is often the scariest. But truthfully, the only thing you need to pursue is momentum! Once that comes, it's as simple as keeping the spin spinning to build healthy habits with a weekly inspection at least, or a tiny nudge at most.

You will find that the intention of amplifying vibration is frequently adequate to amplify the vibration itself. Focusing on an aspect in your life and attempting to increase it by a mere .5 can seem so casual that your mind will gladly join the team. Your Gatekeeper comrade will shift into lookout mode, scanning reality for a solution until you slip into the flow of better ideas. Even the excitement of a future energy-rising hunt can consequently churn out superior numbers. The trick is not a trick! It's what this scripture has taught from the get-go! Have fun! If you're not having fun, stop. Try something else. Having fun is the most powerful indication that you're facing the external direction intended just for your Internal Universe.

If you are stuck for thoughts on boosting the Weakest Link's score, we recommend going nuts and smashing it with everything you've got. Say yes to whatever! Be open to exploring anything! Some notions will stick, others bounce, but eventually an easy yet significant route will reveal itself and can be incorporated into the machine, maintaining a higher score for the rest of your days. Hence, it's the Weakest Link you will excel at after enough conditioning. You will have practised handling conflict in this category and will be versed in dealing with its wobbles. In contrast, your Strongest Link may be unprepared for a hit, so keep your eye on that.

One of your most reliable weapons for raising that .5 is seeking and consuming material specific to your current glitch. Have you googled it? Are there articles or case studies you can read? Is there a book you can purchase? Is there a podcast you can listen to? Is there an app you can download? Are there YouTube mentors or tutorials out there? What products are available? Can you author a paper yourself? Feel out the suggestions that reverberate with the highest energy, and test every inspired idea! Always go too far rather than too short; you'll learn more that way. Never forget that there is a Universal Mind of collective human knowledge wherein the answer lies. Someone out there has the solution, and if you can absorb their attitude, you'll blast those numbers so tall that you'll get dizzy. And in the rare instances where you are genuinely unable to fix an external concern, then it's a perspective alteration you must initiate instead.

If you've read through Book 5 and scoffed, "it's not that simple", then please be wary of such conditioned excuse-making. But also recognise that 'devising a plan' is that simple. And taking the first step is that simple. No one is asking you to reconstruct your life in seven days. We are only asking you to raise your lowest vibe by .5.

Another good start to any weekly tackle is to write an appreciation list for your Weakest Link. It may seem counterintuitive to gush gratitude for the sector that's going wrong, but it's a realignment process. By appreciating what you do have, you'll calculate what's important and nurture those favourable elements to heighten the Skew whilst hopefully shrinking the undesirable issues to more digestible sizes.

Talking of lists, we encourage you to always keep a document per Skew on your person (most practically on your phone). You never know when a random idea for, say, Health or Spirit may come knocking, even if they aren't the Weakest Links at that time. Record the thought anyway to bypass forgetfulness! If one day you suddenly experience a dip in those Skews, you can simply check that list for previous gifts from the Universe.

When evaluating your respective Skews, try not to view them exclusively from a past and present standpoint. Gaze towards the week ahead, identifying imminent threats or indications of a glittering future. If things are not looking so hot, you can grip the wheel more firmly by committing to encouraging plans. There is no worth in stewing in yesterday's failures if there are promises on the horizon.

We spoke earlier about the ordering of the Skews as you rate them. It appears to be such an inconsequential detail with no correct answer, but you can even use this tiny tweakery to your advantage. It will be an individual's selection, but we'd advise starting your weekly system run with a Skew that frequently scores well, getting the party gliding nicely. Then perhaps follow it with the Skew you regularly find to be your Weakest Link, drooping your aura a bit. Next, a Skew that pops out an average score to neutralise. End with the Skew that repeatedly scores highest to surge your emotions before moving on to the planning phase. Of course, this is all up to you, and you can do whatever you like.

Here is a logical juncture to reiterate how every Skew System develops uniquely. Akin to the Universe itself, even the Skews will not remain stagnant, and your priorities will evolve however they see fit. Processes that run for many years will transform into a very complex routines. We'd love nothing more than to proudly show off our many techniques, but such an elaborate demonstration could confuse your path. Instead, we urge you to embrace the intricacies that seem to come out of nowhere, never questioning whether Janthopoyism would approve or not. We approve! We intentionally present the entirety of our raw material. We are merely the clay for you to build your masterpiece! Allow your energy to fly free without hesitation, and the result will be perfectly tailored to you.

Every Skew will occasionally leak into surrounding Skews. Matters may affect two or more Skews at once. That's as normal as life. However, if you want to become a true Skew master, then exploit the link by combining Skew attacks. There is always a way! Performing any action (exercising, working, praying, etc.) with another human will enhance the Relationship Skew. If you have some outside chore to accomplish, why not walk/run/cycle there to add to the Health Skew? Stay mindful to concentrate on the comfort of your company, keeping the Spirit Skew swirling. If a Skew comes with stacks of notes or documentation, a quick organisation can help the Home Skew to breathe. One may also consume audio education in conjunction with many other tasks.

You can enjoy how any Skew contributes to the Work Skew if it earns money or inspires creativity. Indeed, you should recognise Work as merely an exchange of effort for a result. By devoting your cleanest energy to this process, everything merges with Spirit. Multitasking is one of the most substantial ways of increasing the speed of evolution, and the opportunities to do so are endless! Give yourself double the bang for your energy!

Ultimately, merging Skews into single projects is the supreme goal. The more the boundaries of each category blurs, the closer to Jantho godliness you will come. If a legitimate Skew messiah ever arrives, it would be they who managed to combine every Skew into every decision as an automated function.

Conversely, Skews can clash, for example, the social consumption of alcohol or fast food in a Health vs Relationship debate, or keeping your space clean when facing a frantic deadline in a Home vs Work dispute. With these frictions our advice is to sacrifice numbers from the Strongest Link. Syphon from the barrel that contains the most fuel, serving the weaker links whenever such options are apparent. However, with smart practice, even this turmoil can generate a win/win scenario. Why not leap into the deep end of a workload, minimising the windows of convenience for immoral behaviour? Why not gravitate towards friends who advocate healthier lifestyles? Use your cards!

One strategy we gently propose is the art of penalising. To illustrate, one may feel in prime physical condition during a Skew evaluation, but didn't quite hit their exercise goals the previous week; hence a .5 will be deducted to encourage additional focus on moving forward. You can apply the same process to any intended achievements you've missed due to a fault of your own. Use it or don't use it, but when accountability affects your numbers, the extra incentive can push you further ahead.

The Skew System is infallible. This is a fact you will learn the deeper into the practice you go. If you're scoring high but feeling out of whack, it's not the system; it is you. You are overlooking something. In our experience, this often occurs within your Strongest Link. Risky demographics include workaholics, athletes, or even those who dedicate a ton of energy to their family life. The output may be fantastically rewarding and your Skew score could reflect this favourably, but you're burning out without taking the energetic depletion into the score's tally. Be careful! Necessitating time off a Skew is an integral part of sustaining the system! Take a chill if your tummy vibrates funny!

We are an evolution-oriented philosophy, so every decision must be about movement. But on that token, note that a limited rest period is still progression. Getting enough sleep is imperative in offering your most concentrated energy to the Universe. Going backwards to fix a former mistake is a forward trajectory because you're mending unstable foundations. If you yearn for the spiritual rejuvenation of relaxing in a forest or on a beach vacation, then do it! Allow the cogs to cool down so the Lightbulb Gods can catch up, gifting brighter sparks to the quietened mind. But only you know when you're crossing the line between productivity and procrastination. Remain honest with yourself to conquer all.

Be very wary of scapegoat Skews. Pay vigilant attention to your Weakest Link in this regard. When we feel off, we tend to dump the entire blame into the most glaringly obvious void. If a number-ceiling persistently blocks your Weakest Link, spend additional time carefully analysing every other Skew with that complication in mind, ensuring you're not missing something. This type of error can often land upon the Spirit too, as you might misinterpret the emotional disruption from any troublesome Skew as an existential crisis. Double-check your numbers thoroughly if your Spirit rates fall low.

If an otherwise sturdy Skew displays a small but steady dropping of its points per week, very loud alarms should sound. Something is festering, and once the issue has finally hit Weakest Link status, it may hold a convoluted mess of knots that are tricky to unpick. Handle such creeping changes sooner rather than later.

Sometimes a Skew will be obliterated by a conflict so severe that your whole life goes tumbling after. An unwanted medical diagnosis, the death of a loved one, a loss of income; there are plenty of terrible instances and you've met many of them. The damage to your Weakest Link may be so critical that there is no way to address it. It's far too sensitive, and you require a gap to let it settle. If so, take a page out of the sportsman's guidebook and train around the problem. You don't have to target the sore spot directly but can tighten unrelated bolts in the same Skew. Alternatively, focus on a different Skew for the week. Distract yourself by upping another score, and this can get your mind humming in a safer space before reevaluating the Weakest Link later. Use your second-poorest Skew to massage next to the predicament or dedicate energy to your favourite Skew/Strongest Link to summon power into your atmosphere. Do we need to say it? Follow the good feeling.

On the flip side, sometimes a Skew will vibrate so loudly that the others dissolve away into insignificance. Examples include falling in love, landing your dream job, or having a metaphysical epiphany. Such moments are rare and unsustainable but also the greatest! Sit back and adore them! Milk them for all they are worth! Take a week off, even! These are your rewards, friend! Enjoy!

When certain people read spiritual material, they crave less practical, more magical. Skew is not that, but Janthopoyism has many pockets filled with stardust. Achieving life's goals with stranger techniques will be covered at the end of our scripture during the advanced Book X, so get excited for that.

For now, integrate the Skew System and accept that you'll find various glaring holes of trouble when you first do so. We're willing to bet you already have a clue what those are. It will take many weeks or months to patch those up. There is no whimsical way around this. Everyone's report will look different. We've seen it take over a year for Skew Systems to chug along as independent machines, and even then, they were rickety. But eventually, it will transform into a self-sustaining program, one you only need to check up on to polish periodically. For the rest of your time, this method will allow your days to speed by without a care, flashing clear warning signs long before any emergency demands attention. Just prioritise a high Skew score above everything else, and an extraordinary life will follow as it quite literally offers a numerical value to an extraordinary life exactly.

When it becomes apparent that every cylinder is firing solid digits with minimal interference on your part, then you can proceed to have way more fun across the board. In a perfect world (and it is a perfect world!), you'd dedicate an hour or so per day to each Skew. As previously mentioned, the peak is where every action considers the collective Skews as a singular force, not only taking their maintenance into account but seeking to train your brain while advancing your life into uncharted realms of fulfilment. Technically, you should be working on everything all of the time, forever perceptive to the vibrational ideas the Universe offers, and eternally prepared to take motion whenever they do so.

By order of the evolutionary Universe, repeating something over and over, no matter how wonderful, will eventually not be enough. Permanent Skew solutions do not exist. Never sag into complacency. Always strive for improvement as that is the evolutionary way. If your routine alone is securing the stations, then you need to jack it up. Intentionally grow a Skew by pushing it out of your comfort zone. Get crazy with it, even fearlessly pursuing a kamikaze mission where other Skews may lose a slight balance. As long as you're having fun, you're doing the right thing, and if your weekly Skew session screams at you to calm down, then revert to default while holding onto the new wisdom, trying something else at a later stage.

Just don't let go of the perpetual growth dream! Whatever your overall percentage, work on lifting that by an additional 5%! 10%! 15%!? And who knows? Maybe you'll be the first person to hit 100%!
